Your login credentials can be used immediately to access the program online, and through the app (available on Apple, Android and Amazon) giving you ultimate flexibility in how and where you use it. Your first shipment of in-home books and workbooks will arrive in 12 to 15 business days as long as you haven’t cancelled or disabled your subscription within the first 2 days of enrolling.

At the end of your first month, if you’re as pleased with the program as we believe you’ll be, do nothing and your credit card or PayPal account will be conveniently charged the regular monthly subscription price of CA$20.99, plus tax and CA$5.99 shipping and handling.  We will select each Practice Pack from those listed here.

To avoid future billing, you must disable auto-renewal of your subscription prior to its renewal date by logging in to your account at hookedonphonics.com/dashboard, or by calling our customer care department at (888) 605-5055. You’ll also have the option to discontinue just the in-home books and workbooks and keep the digital-only subscription. Your ongoing subscription will revert to the digital-only rate of $6.99 per month. Your subscription benefits allow you to return any in-home book package that does not delight you within 30 days of its original ship date. Use our simple instructions within the shipment to return the package at your expense, and we'll refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling. 

If you disable auto-renewal, you will continue to have access to the program for the rest of your first month, or the remaining time that has already been prepaid. There will be no additional billing or charges from the date you disable auto-renewal. Please note, we do not provide full or partial refunds for prepaid subscription terms.
